The internationally known financial company, The Vanguard Group, established its new corporate headquarters in Malvern, PA.  The five office building and two parking structure complex contains over 1.2 million square feet of corporate office, and employee recreation facilities.  The buildings are three and four-story steel frame structures.  The parking structures are three and four-story cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete structures housing over 2,700 cars in 900,000 square feet of space.
