| This new 5.7 million sq. ft. hotel/casino complex includes two 44-story hotel towers, totaling 3,300-rooms and 2.2 million sq. ft. One of the towers is constructed of cast-in-place/post tensioned flat plate concrete; and the other of a special cast-in-place precast concrete system, both feature glass curtainwall facades. The low-rise portion of the complex is a 1.22 million sq. ft., 4-story, steel frame structure with 175,000 sq. ft. casino. Also included is a 1.53 million sq. ft., 8-level, 5,300-car parking structure. |
