Located on Philadelphia’s Avenue of the Arts, Symphony House includes a 31-story luxury condominium tower with over 290,000 square feet of cast-in-place concrete construction, the adjacent Suzanne Roberts Theatre of the Philadelphia Theatre Company, a steel framed performing arts theatre of 31,000 square feet, and parking, integral with the building providing for 450 cars on six levels totaling 153,000 square feet.  The complex features a one full floor spa, fitness and indoor pool facility, full restaurant and bar and a grand lobby. 

The project received the Award of Merit from the Delaware Valley Association of Structural Engineers.
