Tuttleman Center launches Philadelphia University in Philadelphia, PA into high tech learning.  The facility contains some 30,000 square feet of space with state of the art educational data, telecommunications, audio visual equipment and student laptop connections at all seating.  The building includes, tiered smart class rooms, an auditorium, history of art classroom and a tech classroom.
