At more than one million square feet, The Marriott Convention Center Hotel is the largest in the Philadelphia area and among the largest hotels on the east coast.  This project is a 24-story, cast-in-place, post-tensioned concrete structure with convention hotel facilities including a 4-story grand lobby; 1,200 guest rooms; Grand Ballroom of over 35,000 square feet; 40,000 square feet of exhibition space and a 450-car below-grade parking structure.
