Edgewater is a multi-building complex overlooking the Schuylkill River in Philadelphia, PA and contains over 545,000 square feet of construction.  The 13-story luxury apartment tower includes 350,000 square feet of precast concrete construction with 32,000 square feet of enclosed parking in the grade level. The second building is an independent five-level, 460-car, precast concrete parking structure, surrounded on two sides by four-story residential townhouses totaling 43,000 square feet.
