Corinthian is a luxury condominium complex located in Bala Cynwyd, PA on the Philadelphia Mainline.  The building is a six-story cast-in-place concrete structure with two levels of subterranean parking below.  The project contains 323,000 square feet of area and includes a grand lobby, fitness and spa facility, meeting and lounge areas and catering facilities.  The exterior is an architectural precast concrete panel system.

For its exterior façade, Corinthian was awarded the Grand Prize for Precast Construction by the Eastern Pennsylvania and Delaware Chapter of the American Concrete Institute.
