One of the newest additions to the massive Chesterbrook mixed-use development in Berwyn, PA is 1000 Chesterbrook Boulevard.  The three-story steel frame office building features an architectural precast concrete façade enclosing 180,000 square feet of space.  In addition to surface parking the project includes a three-story precast concrete parking structure housing 575 cars in 200,000 square feet of space with an exterior to match the office building.
